Just double team #99 Jack Davis and chip the rushing linebackers.
And when that doesnt work, put a third guy on him.
(As Nakobe Dean says thank you for his Butkus award)
The irony is that Jordan Davis' backup (#88 Jalen Carter) is better. Top 5 NFL draft pick for 2023.
They do completely different things, though. Every year, the draft has a player or 2 like Jalen Carter. There isnt a player like Jordan Davis in the draft every year (but positional fit in the nfl prioritizes the Jalen Carters)

Dude. Look closely at his name and see if it looks vaguely familiar.

He was a 3* so not a whole lot. Even your team could have afforded him.....probably. Well, maybe not.

He is a beast for sure. A great DT can make so much happen for a defense and wreck an offense game plan. Watch Aaron Donald.

I said on week 2 of the season that Davis was the most dominant player I have seen in years. He will be a number one draft pick.

Just remember Tea-Sip, it's ALWAYS ten-to-nine in TexASS. Knocked y'all's pansy asses out of a Natty. Winning a meaningless Sugar Bowl game in the era of the playoffs don't even begin to compare.
Y’all really need to learn sarcasm.. it was a joke told to one of the big bullies in the room.. and that is why I hid behind the Aggie at the end.
I want no part of Georgia this year.. it would be a blood bath. You can add Alabama to that list as well. It is kinda funny that y’all thought I was being serious though.. this is why those stupid alter accounts like MackDaddyBrown & KingsOfTexas shouldn’t be allowed to post shite like they do..
Y’all actually think that Texas fans think like that.. this isn’t the 2000’s when we actually were really good.. we have sucked for the most part of the last 11 years or so.. we look better this year, but we aren’t back and we still have a LONG way to go..
That being said, we will be beating Oklahoma this week.. and even then, we still won’t be back. The Texas OL is average at best.. a good DL will destroy them (see Arkansas).. an elite DL like Georgia would be even worse, if that is possible.. and that is true even if we get lucky & run the table against the Soft 12 & somehow make the playoffs..
TLDR: Most “real” Texas fans realize that we are nowhere near the level of Georgia or Alabama right now..

I get downvotes for saying what it will take to attack that defense. Arkansas had no chance with their players and schemes. On either side of the ball.
Ole Miss might have a chance if Corral can get hot and they can make the big boys run. UK is good defensively but too much like Arky and really so is UF. MSU is the type team that could cause problems. The Viles can throw it around better than I thought. I know some of these are not on their schedule just saying what type teams could cause matchup problems.
You won't beat UGA running the ball but you can throwing it on those wide screens making the big boys run and with a decent passing game making them pass rush. When they blitz make it hurt.
On O they can be stopped, Clemson did it.Force them to beat you throwing the ball.

Eh... I'd buy that except he wasn't a big click driver as a 3*. You see that in top 100-200 guys, but sub 400, don't think that was why. It also wasn't a change in his 247 rating, because that history showed a flat rating all the way through. Dunno if it was Rivals or ESPN, but no worries either way... He's happily proving everyone wrong weekly.

I hate to keep dick-riding the GA defense - but the film is the film. They move side to side as good as anyone I've ever seen.
The '92 Alabama D wore people out with those two ends getting up-field, and those defensive backs that were just everywhere.
GA's defense this year stops the run without really trying, it seems like. They just control the entire damn line. Every friggin' one of them seem to be able to control two gaps. They flow to the ball as good as I've ever seen.

Please don’t even mention Fairley’s name in the same conversation with Jordan Davis. It’s an insult. Trash vs Class. Jordan is a kind, gentle giant blessed with incredible talent while Fairley is a pitiful excuse for a human being. A thug.

Georgia's top 5 receiving targets includes 4 freshmen and a sophomore.
UGA is not the same offense as faced Clemson. Most of those receivers now have 5 times more game experience.
Also, we had our C break his hand in fall camp and RT break his foot on the 4th snap against clemson. We now have more consistency on the OL since then.
