Ethan Small goes 28 overall, congrats SEC you don't have to face him on Friday nights anymore.

I hope he does, but from what I hear he is attending the draft.

Apparently he's got a cannon for an arm, would love to see him in purple and gold. I'll be happy with Hampton staying

True, but I don't really keep up with prep players not committed to Auburn.

I need Gunnar Henderson to keep sliding. If he falls past the first round I like Auburn's chances to get him on campus.

Really hate seeing Small go. Proud to see his draft stock rise. Drafted in the 26th round last year and now is the 28th overall pick

When my ceiling hope is "Charlie Culberson" I see it as a bad sign.

Why would that be his ceiling?

He's your guy and I like his swing, but not getting a lot of excited reports from our folks, especially coupled with the Baylor kid. The Austin Hedges comps for Shea aren't great for a Top 10 pick. Hopefully his bat has more potential than some think and his Sophomore year is an outlier.

Regardless, of all the drafts I try and have no real response to baseball. I'll start panicking about a pick after I've seen their first 12 months in a professional uniform. Anyone making grand projections before then is a fool.

He slid to 42nd. Hopefully that’s a good thing for us

That’s probably because your folks are dumb. They see a few scouting reports, look at stats, and give an opinion. He’s been a constantly good to great hitter in the SEC for 3 straight years. He’s does so many things well and can play multiple positions. It’s baseball some of the most sure things ever never crack double A and then you have guys who get told not to come back to a tryout win an MVP (Altuve)
