Don't be a dumbass. 2019 LSU is at least top 5, if not top 3.

You’re fighting a losing battle, dude. There’s no fricking way a team that went 15-0 and beat like 7 of the final top 10 with the greatest offensive numbers ever is not a top 25 or even top 10 team.

I hope so. Otherwise you’re really stupid.

LSU fans seem to be the ones who are trolling when they say they’d beat the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers.

You do understand more than one person can troll at a time, right?

Though, given your previous statement, I wouldn’t be surprised if you couldn’t comprehend that.

Prior to the playoffs, 2019 LSU was at least top 8.

Now I'd rank them as follows:

1. 1995 Nebraska

2 and 3 are interchangeable and debatable between 2001 Miami and 2019 LSU.

Go back and look at some of the hits that Ed Reed & Sean Taylor put on guys where there was no Targeting rules, LSUs WR advantage would be minimized due to intimidation

I think the 2001-02 Canes (maybe 2000-01) was the best TEAM in CFB History even though they didn't have the best "team stats" in CFB History

Seriously, the 1995 Florida Gators would be at least 10 point favorites over the 2019 LSU Tigers.

And the 1995 Florida Gators lost to the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers 62-24.

We just gonna ignore the fact our receivers play better when the DBs are physical? Not to mention the fact that because the game is so different there are route combos and concepts Nebraska players would have never seen in their lives? Or the fact that Nebraska played a physical style of football, yet didn't have a single offensive lineman over 300 lbs? Or the fact the best athlete on that team wouldn't even be able outrun our second string true freshman olb? '01 Miami has a lot better chance and might actually beat '19 LSU but spare me the Nebraska nonsense. The jealousy here is unreal. Green isn't a flattering color for you guys

You could argue that they should have played Oklahoma instead of Florida State that year.

LSU would score 40+ on any of those teams. Miami probably had more NFL talent than any team.

To get the correct answer, these teams would have to play each other.

Seriously, people insist that the current year’s champion is a GOAT team almost as often as not.

In 2018, people said Bama was a GOAT team.

Then, after they got killed by Clemson, people insisted that Clemson was a GOAT team.

So, there. Apparently we had 2 GOAT teams in one year last year.

And this year, what if Ohio State had the calls go its way vs Clemson, and then beat LSU in a virtual road game? Then would 2019 OSU be a GOAT team?

OSU was rated higher than LSU in most rating systems before the playoffs. And OSU would then have a win over the LSU team that played a killer scedule.

I know what would happen if 2019 LSU played all time top 10 teams

I’d be surprised if they went 1-9.

I have no ill toward LSU and am happy for them to have won the NC. No question the 2019 Tigers were a great team.

However, the 1995 Huskers are the best team to have ever taken the field.

2001 Miami is the meanest, nastiest team ever.

Ahman Green was super fast not to mention Lawrence Phillips. I don't think you've watched 95 Nebraska. They had studs all over the field

Yes they were a great team, but their legend IMO has been greatly exaggerated due to the NFL talent that later materialized from that team. They were on the ropes against teams like Va Tech and Boston College during that season. I still think 1995 Nebraska had the most dominant season in college football history. Didn't play a close game the entire season. Only one team played them closer than 23 points and they still won by 2 TDs, and they beat #2 Florida by 38 in the Fiesta Bowl

Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Frank Gore, Philip Buchanon, Clinton Portis, Willie McGhee, Mike Rumph, Ken Dorsey just to start. Would be over by halftime.
