As much as people don't want to admit it, Wade made the mistake Brian Kelly made. He didn't fully embrace the culture of Louisiana. You have to play nice with certain people. It's simple math. If you have a trash defense and you kick your offense has to score a td or you're looking at a 14-0 or 14-3 deficit after the first 3 possessions.

If you have a trash defense and you receive it doesn't matter how bad your defense plays the most they can give up in those first 3 possessions is 7 points. At worst it's 7-0 halfway thru the first quarter.

Now show me how many active centers put up numbers like that in any sample size against any other center. Much less the best center in the league. All of them will be all stars. 15/8/2 in under 30 minutes a game is elite production from a center in today's nba.
