Top 4 seeds are now 0-6. Top 16, no auto bids. Make it happen.

Yeah, because adding more teams that didn't win their way into a 12-team playoff is the answer.

Go back to 4 if we're reducing it.

They aren't gonna shrink it. Too much $$$$$ to be made. Be realistic.

If there was 8 teams Miami wouldn’t have made it and tOSU would still be alive. Keep it at 12, no auto bids.

This

Jumping straight from 4 to 12 watered things down enough, I can't think of a single CFB season since I've been alive where more than 8 teams were truly worthy of the post season.

This is the best way by far. Auto bids are garbage and only help the weak conferences.

Way too small. 4 this year gets tech in with a 66 schedule.

I'm sure they'll continue to expand it as more teams complain about leaving left out. It will just shift from the #5 and #6 teams being left out of the 4-team playoffs, to the #13 and #14 teams being left out of the 12-team playoffs, to the next arbitrary number.

Do we want the best teams to compete for the title, or do we want to just have every team in the country compete in a 3-month-long single elimination playoff until the winner is decided? Why even play the regular season?

It was always going to go to 16. That was the plan from the start.

It’s about to be 0-7. Bama starting off strong feels like it won’t even be close.

Yeah it is.

Top 4 seeds get byes. No team that has had a bye has won yet. Thus, 0-6 so far.
You can argue that Boise and Arizona St didn't deserve to be top 4 seeds, but they were
