Had the same thing happen to me in football running a comeback route. Safety came down on my leg and the leg stayed planted. Snapped tib/fib and dislocated ankle.

I’m sick. Sucks for him first and foremost because that’s not going to be an easy recovery. That also kills our season.

I ask that all the time with injuries. I don’t need to see many at all. I know what an ankle roll looks like or a hyperextended knee but I definitely don’t need to see the specifics of a gruesome injury. It’s ghoulish to show that crap.
