I wouldn’t object to Neal Brown, but I think Bill Clark’s experience in quickly building a program from the ground up will be important. He has also been a successful head coach at 2 levels.

Ugh, no way on Stoops. His defenses have been above average in his best years at Oklahoma and purely awful the last three years.

Wonder if OU might have at least one more national championship if it had kept Brent Venables as DC instead of pushing him aside so Bob Stoops could hire his brother.
