It’s about time for upgrades. Eli built the SEZ, Freeze built the NEZ. Time for a Lane Kiffin addition/upgrade.

Lane specifically said he doesn't want donations going towards the stadium and wants everything to go into NIL instead. There were plans to tear down one side of the stadium and rebuild it, but Lane squashed it.

I've got to agree with Lane. Let's get more Jimmies and Joes instead of adding 10,000 seats that will sit empty 4 of 8 games every season.

I agree with delaying it until we know the fallout from the revenue share but to think it qould sit empty for 8 games a year is asinine. We also can't afford to fall too far behind in facilities because recruits do actually look at that.

Focus on retaining coaches and NIL. The entire stadium matching the SEZ would be amazing but winning 10+ games a year is more important.

This should be the move.
Build overhangs to trap the noise.
65k to 70k is about we’ll ever be able to manage. Design the stadium to enhance the acoustics like the Seahawks.

Pretty sure that building behind the NEZ can’t be torn down due to it being a donation making it impossible to do anything big like matching the SEZ. Its ridiculous.

It's the old field house and we could still engineer around it. I really don't give a shite if it was torn down. I'm in the M club and love the trophy and Manning room (if you haven't been in there you should go) but we could move all of that stuff to another location. It's really a crying shame that more fans don't get to see all of our memorabilia.

I am with Lane on this. In the NIL day and age, I do not think stadiums are going to move the needle for players.

Saw a social media post with pictures of inside the Tad Pad and it reminded me of the memorabilia display cases. I always LOVED looking at all that as a kid. It would be great to display some of those things in the club area.
