If he does transfer to us he will pull a muscle in his big toe that will keep him out the whole season.

Well, I believe he could get to the NFL just as easy, be much more of a fan favorite and help the flagship at the same time. How is our Oline going to be next year?

I think if he does leave we have the best shot at landing him. Unless coach Nix is gone after this year (which would be dumb to do) Cam’s best relationship outside the FSU coaching staff currently at A&M is with Coach Nix who started recruiting him in 8th grade.

No but he could redshirt and have 2 years of eligibility left. His best interest should be to play next year in Tallahassee and be ready for the combine.

This is why I ignore rivals and scout or any recruitment site. So they have some small little rumor and they run with it. It becomes bigger and bigger. People get exited and buy into it. Turns out he never even uttered the word Ole Miss or Mississippi. Show me a video of Cam Akers addressing this, otherwise he's not coming here. Don't get your hopes up. If anything he'll be the next Jeremiah Masoli.

Think yancy must know he has zero credibility with most rational fans and the only people that still pay attention to him are crazy overly optimistic fans and they listen to him to keep their hopes up. Cam will go through 1 more year at FSU and go pro. Simple as that

I watched a good portion of the Clemson-FSU game. Clemson laying it on without mercy. FSU throwing fists, muffing punts, and saw Akers get TFL several times. Program has seen better times. It’s crazy to think the same QB in their backfield torched our secondary in his CFB debut.
