He's year to year. It's hard to fire a guy the month after he hosts a regional. Even if he flames out to SE Wichita Tech.
I am rarely a fan of firing anyone unless you are 100% certain that you have a better guy ready to take the job (Matt Luke to Lane Kiffin).
If we have a guy ready in the wings, and Bianco doesn't host this year, I'm ready to see what's next

I feel like we will see a lot of that the remainder of the season as we limp to 11-19 in SEC play. Bianco has to be fired.
