Yep, that is mind boggling.

Money talks. And that isn't sour grapes....just the current landscape of CFB.

[Zenitz] Ole Miss is hiring Joe Cox as tight ends coach, sources tell 247Sports. The former Georgia QB worked at Alabama the last two seasons.

I remember going to a buddy of my bro’s when my bro lived in Boulder for a few years, and the Crocs guy lived next door to my bro’s buddy. Had an upright crocodile statue out front. Crocs bankroll?

To be fair, I've heard Bama, LSU, Auburn, etc fans say the same thing about us these past couple years.

Read somewhere that Deion Sanders had coached Green when he was younger. Might not have been all about money.

Come on now, he found the money to get Travis Hunter to Jackson State... getting players to Colorado should be a cake walk

Like him or not, Deion is a big deal.

Big deal to people that haven’t a clue about football. Look he just fired another coordinator that was doing their job.

Exactly. All flash no substance. None of those players are getting developed. And they get wrecked by every decent team they play. Giving up a 31 point halftime lead to (3-9) Stanford told me everything I need to know about Deions coaching prowess.

He's a big deal but I don't think he's a good football coach. That Colorado team looks like they don't know how to play football. I think him coaching has more to do with getting his son to be the starter more than anything else.

He won at Jackson State because he was able to lure a couple of FBS level players to play at an FCS school against FCS talent.

Coach Prime is a recruiting monster. He knows how to talk to a lot of these kids and their parents. He is a marketing bonus because of his name. That is what he brings to the table. I don't think he will ever be highly successful but he did take over a 1 win team if I'm not mistaken.

He is but he doesn’t recruit. Doesn’t leave campus and at best FaceTimes with a recruit.

That will grow thin eventually.

All hat and no cattle. Dude lost to Stanford after being up a gazillion points at half. Has a great OC he throws under the bus instead of admitting his son isn’t nearly as good as he thinks he is.

Just read an article about our punter coming back. Why? We can't find someone better than this? I know Lane likes to go for it but how about someone not in the bottom of the SEC.

Agreed. Because no matter how much we go for it, there will be some punting and we were none too good at it this past season.

There must be some punter out there better than ours that is willing to walk on and play for a little NIL and maybe, eventually, a scholly.
