I thought Drummond was out of eligibility? If the rumors are true about Zach Evans transferring to us this week then it makes sense for Early to leave early.

I wish him the best. He seems like a good kid. Maybe he can go to a place where all that speed can be utilized. UCF?

Eh, I wouldn’t say that. Plumlee seems like a good guy, repped the university well, and is a home state kid. I’m not surprised he’s gone, and can’t say I’ll miss him too much on the field (he didn’t contribute much if any in football, and was average at best in baseball) but I did enjoy seeing him run. The kid has wheels and I wish him the best wherever he ends up.

Fwiw, my little brother is torn up about it. JRP was his favorite ever OM player. I’m sure there’s several OM folks that will be new fans of whatever team he ends up with.

He seems like a good kid and he provided a little bit of excitement in a pretty dark time for the football program.

Yeah I can't imagine any OM fan having negative thoughts about JRP.

With a solid WR coach I do think he could see the league for a few years as an UDFA.

Matt Luke was a good guy too. Plumlee is athletic and a good kid. But we won’t miss him

Your little brother missing him is alright and understandable but and adult who is upset or “tore up” about him leaving is dumb. The team and program didn’t lose anyone very important.

Now that lebby has his qb Dillon Gabriel at Oklahoma. Who would have come here had lebby stayed. Caleb Williams has entered the transfer portal. If he doesn't follow Lincoln Riley to usc or go to Georgia would be a great fit here.
Kiffin should go all out for him altmyer needs competition and Kincade dent is not it.

These QB dominoes are just crazy. If Williams goes USC, their hotshot freshman QB will probably transfer. Or if Williams decides to stay at OU, Gabriel is probably back on the market again. Makes my head spin.

I'm not current with Dent, is he really that bad on the field? Watching pregame and before the 2nd half started I was watching him and Altmyer warming up by throwing to someone in the endzone and Alt looked like he was struggling to throw the ball 50 yards where Dent was just flicking his wrist and hitting the guy from 60 yards outs. He definitely looked like he has great arm strength so I'm just curious what his fault is.

In the limited action I've seen Dent in he has just looked lost and not just freshman lost. The speed of the game and awareness has to be alot faster.

According to David Johnson, DJ Durkin is headed to aTm as DC

Easily the biggest loss we’ve had

Should we panic yet?

Seems like a massive fire sale- between the coaches and the players leaving/transferring

Most of the players I've seen leaving are looking for opportunity to play. They aren't getting that here. So I'm not sure we should get too worked up about it.
