Huge commitment. Has a chance to be really special in our offense. We have to get some linemen in the portal, or hope some of the guys on our current roster improve fast.

You don't think a high profile married dude getting caught banging a prostitute hurts anyone? What about Freeze's wife and kids, much less the actual sex worker who got banged for cash? What about all the kids who went to Ole Miss to play for Freeze? Of course it hurt people.
There's no doubt Freeze can coach and recruit. He is just a moron for what he did.

All of mankind is flawed. However, too wear religion as “shield”, commit immoral acts and then lie about it is beyond the pale. I pray he has stopped but I would have a hard time ever trusting him again. Can forgive but not forget.

That's not true. He was the public face of our university and is subject to all sorts of federal and state laws and guidelines. It's not as simple as black and white.
I don't think his transgressions make him a "bad person" either. People make mistakes, and plenty of people cheat on their spouses. However, only stupid ones call hookers from their employer's phone, and that's my problem with Freeze.

A grown person should never risk permanent damage to others in order to satisfy a temporary, selfish longing. But I don't know what the price of the indiscretion should be. That's the hard part to know.
