Honestly, what the students have now is like a crystal palace compared to most of the time I was there, and hell, they even get to have beer.
Where they are now is fine. Move them to a corner, whatever. I just don't see this as our biggest issue at all. Students were great. They just needed some success and the fun of football snapped in place.

I was there during the transition… these students are less rebellious to the location bc they don’t know better haha

The students were great this season because not every game was at 11 AM in the blistering heat.

That only lasts about 2 games into the season. After that, 11AM is usually absolutely perfect weather.

Tristan Jernigan - 3* LB from Tupelo is set to Official Visit soon. He's currently committed to A&M, but is now looking around

Hilarious he talked all that shite during A&M and now it’s looking like he’ll end up here

Assuming Burnside does commit, we'd have 6 of the top 10 in Mississippi.
Add in Tristan and we would have 11 of the top 30 in state too.
Not bad for what's a talented Mississippi class this year.

What all was he saying?
Posted on 11/22/23 at 2:43 pm to WhistlinDixie15
He was saying we won on a fluke win and if Evan was playing they would’ve smoked us then he deleted the tweet

Also, state’s coaching search is taking a tumble. Chadwell, Mullen, and even Herman all told them no
if they whiff on Odom it could get bad

Shocking if true. They must be offering terrible money.

Is he next on the list? Heard Lebby was next up after Chadwell

I feel like it will be Odom. And man, I know he’s had a good year at UNLV but that dude is just mediocre at best

I guess they reconsidered on the logo. I'm glad. I like having Colonel Reb.

The new colonel looks like the troll face with a hat

I don't think it has anything to do with money. They don't have good NIL funding and nothing on their roster that would make someone think they could compete immediately. So no one there now to be good and no way to attract talent. How do you attract a coach in that environment?
