As an alumni, and friends with a lot of football players from there.. this is going over terribly

Basically 99.9% of the alumni are pissed off and the didn’t consult with how this would go

They did a huge rebrand and changed the logo ( it didn’t need changing, the yellow interlocking MC was badarse) and now it looks retarded. All to move up to D2 and never really get the program off the ground again post covid to shut it all down

And the admin is blaming NIL for it . Shameful.

It never really had a huge campus life but with no football program.. a lot of people are not gonna go there and will choose elsewhere. It will really turn into a suitcase school now .

I wish they would rethink this after the backlash and stop this massive change


But with their new conference , is it worth sending girls soccer or volleyball to Greenville SC or Valdosta or NC or Pensacola ??? All we did was shift our opponents east when we were D3 all the teams were in Texas and pineville Louisiana

Ole Miss is going to beat Florida by three scores. Ole Miss has playmakers, and LSU does not. LSU is suddenly allergic to scoring touchdowns, and Ole Miss is not. LSU dropped three easy interceptions, Ole Miss won't be gifting Lagway that.


Florida isn't terrible, but with the way Ole Miss is playing, yall should be fine.

Still shockeed at what's happened to LSU. MY God we were two missed field goals from being up 26-7 on A&M at A&M. It's like Space Jam where all of the talent we had was sucked out

it's so strange what has happened. Nussmeier needs a shrink. LSU is just really bad in the redzone. I believe our kicker has already attempted 10 more than field goals than he did all of last season.

And we just don't have playmakers like in the past. There's no one to lean on to make the plays needed.

We are playing 11 freshmen quite a bit, and we have the #1 class on on3 right now...but if LSU is serious about fixing things, it has to compete in the portal, our depth sucks with 22 and 23 classes being busts.

your'e dead on about that too. I am not sure what has changed with our approach, but our pass rush has more or less vanished. Just a puzzling season all the way around.


It will be interesting to see how serious LSU is with the portal. Already paying out the arse for this 2025 class, and it's imperative they bring a big transfer class for depth or we're back to the Cheezit bowl in 2025

Sadly I doubt it will be IU. Either they lose to OSU and aren’t hosting or they beat OSU and get the 5/6 seed. Penn state or notre dame is more likely. My nightmare is an 8/9 matchup against Bama.

Yeah would much rather have Indiana, Penn State, ND over Bama. I don't want any SEC team in the first round

Don't see any way we play bama. They are most likely in the sec championship so they'll either be the 2nd seed or fall to 11th.

Anyone know why we didn't go after Kamario Taylor. He has shot up rankings and it's weird kiffin wouldn't have wanted to look at someone with that upside
