We have two corner portal commits that were starters at their respenctive teams - Nicholson from Illinois and Louis Smith from Indiana. Nicholson supposedly has next level potential. I admittedly don't know much about Smith.
We'll add a 3rd here shortly with a CB from UCF.

Apparently O Linemen have gotten expensive. More O Linemen should be getting into the portal after the bowl games. We need a LT and some interior Linemen. Also wouldn’t hurt if Cushman, Sanders, or Acker stepped up for a little depth.

Another WR Jeremiah Dillon & WR JJ Henry has jumped in the portal.. Wonder if that means we are getting Juice

Expensive OT makes sense. Probably fewer good transfers because unlike skill position players you can get enough on tape for the NFL regardless of the team around you and with 5 starters + depth it isn’t like QB or WR where you transfer to get playing time.
And the demand is higher because every team needs 5.

Tackles have always charged a premium. Tunsil was who I thought was our most expensive recruit until the NIL came along

Big ruling in the NCAA just came down that means Brandon Murray would be allowed to play for Beard. Judge blocked their transfer rules for 14 days but I would imagine the NCAA is going to cut their losses and not try to enforce it after the 14 day period is up. LINK

Welcome to unlimited transfers with immediate eligibility. Technically you can now even transfer and be immediately eligible mid-season.

Not entirely true. Schools have academic add/drop requirements, although I supposed you could transfer from a school with semesters to one with quarters.

Nothing is currently preventing Texas from adding players for their playoff game. With it being between semesters, they could add someone like Ollie Gordon to refill their injured RB room
