Demouy Kennedy (Alabama LB) to TCU.
Zamari Walton (GT CB) has committed.
Walton was a four-year starter at cornerback for the Yellow Jackets. In 2022, he had one interception and 36 tackles with a career-high PFF Grade of 74.5 for the season. Could have gone pro, but has elected to try to improve his draft stock by staying in college for a 5th year.

Polynesian lineman are like pizza. Always good even if they're not so good.

Played tackle in Juco, but sounds like we may bump him inside to guard.

He will either develop into an absolute monster and be a first round draft pick or be a serviceable backup. There’s no in between

Any other recruiting news? I think our beat riders have completely checked out since they don’t have much access to Kiffin’s staff. The most recent RebelGrove podcast is Chase interviewing the dean of the journalism school about education….

Jesus I would hate to have a platform with so little content. Did Kiffin just tell the beat writers to frick off and they’re not giving any information?

Sounds like we expect one other 3* Edge out of Florida to sign today but that's it.
DeeJay Holmes

Looks like he's considering us, Pitt, Wake, and UCF.

I don't know what they were doing when Kiffin was allegedly sitting on the fence with Auburn since I don't keep up with them. Maybe they were slinging arrows at him so he told them to pound sand and they can earn their way back into the fold.

What a totally deflated “national signing day”.
Not even a whimper of excitement. This first Wednesday in February used to feel like a holiday . Everyone watching ESPNU for all day announcements and class breakdowns

All the things you used to love about college football are being sacrificed at the altars of greed and the various forms it takes.
Signing day is gone. Hat games and announcements on ESPNU are things of the past. Watching players grow throughout their career is gone. Players can now transfer to a heated rival, something that previously impossible.
It's a deadly sin for a reason.
