People who bought during COVID and didn't put 20% down are absolutely tanked in their cars. Now at least, dealers are back to discounting cars but rates are higher. The best I've seen recently was a Chase call at 6.15 on a used car. Now you do have specials on new cars, like 3.9 for 72 months on 24 ...

Maybe I can build a couple of buildings on my property and start up a farm. Have the illegals come in and live there, free room and board. All they would have to do is tend to the farm, plant crops, maintain them and then harvest them. This is a great idea, I don't know why anyone else didn't think ...

I currently own a Nitro Z20 and the wife has given permission to find a new boat. Ours is a 17 and just recently had to replace all batteries in it. Wanted to switch to lithium, but the conversation of a new boat came up. So just went with standard agm.

Coastal Mississippi is great! Go the first week in October for Cruisin the Coast. See cool cars and the towns show out. Ocean Springs is a great place to live Great down town area with a Mayberry type of feel to it. Great fishing as well. Ship Island is where you to if you want to play in the water....
