I don’t like a head coach publicly calling people out. No better than trash bag hugh freeze at that point.
I want a head coach that takes action. If it’s Lane’s shite calling…..give all duties to the 4th highest paid OC in the nation. If it’s Charlie’s shite play calling, then take away said money from him and find someone better to give it to.

Maybe this is proof that Kentucky’s defense is the real deal
Posted on 9/28/24 at 10:22 pm to HamzooReb
Yeah, despite our letdown due to our own hubris after beating Sun Belt teams, we don’t appear to be in the same universe as these two teams. We gotta just grind on one game at a time and lose the basketball goal, Gucci runway show and get back to basics.

It's just proof we are not a playoff team.

We’re all flash and no substance once again.
Just watching this Bama/UGA game these teams are on another level.
Massive players on the line of scrimmage.
So much speed all over the field. And they make clutch plays when the game is on the line.
The crowd/atmosphere also shits
on anything we will ever be able to do.
I give up.

Haha..don’t give up but it’s a reality check. We will see what type of coach he really is starting next week.

Dude stop you complain even if we win. I have never seen you say a positive thing and I'm beginning to think you're just a giant f****** p**** or a troll or a combination of the two.
You always b**** about every little thing. Yeah I'm pissed that we lost too dude but I'm not saying I'm going to kill myself and all this type of stuff I mean come on. Grow the f******.

At the end of the day, it's just one loss. One really shitty shitty loss but just 1. Texas and UGA showed that they have weaknesses yesterday. Alabama, for the billionth year, looks unbeatable. Mizzou is a paper tiger.
The truth is that I have no idea how this affects the playoffs because we've never had a 12 team playoff before.
If we win out, we will be fine but our team needs to wake the frick up. I think having those 4 easy games really hurt us. We tried to cruise control yesterday and ran right into a fricking tree.
Hamzoo is a negareb. Some are posirebs. To each his own.

All true, but there is at least one glaring problem I’m very concerned we can’t fix. It’s worried me all along that 5-10, 185-pound Henry Parrish who is very good and gives you all he has is our featured back. However, he simply can’t pound it in there 20 times a game and Matt Jones, though a good story, is nothing more than a backup. So this begs the question which has been asked over and over, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH BENTLEY? Some had said, well we must be saving him for SEC play. That last theory crashed and burned yesterday.

The last I heard on Bentley was he had/has turf toe and I impacted his attitude. He is a very good RB, so for him to not be getting any reps seems to point to an attitude problem since we do see him on kick offs.

Kiffin has to realize Matt Jones isn’t an SEC back and just play Bentley. If Kiffin can’t see that we aren’t going to win 8 games. The offensive game plan was us trying to hit big plays all game instead of just trying to get first downs.

I'm not mad. You know, I mean it sucks. Let's be honest. It just sometimes seems like it can never go right. I'm not even from Mississippi but I graduated from Ole Miss so it must be really bad to have to live there and deal with State and everything else.
It's funny too because when I went to Ole Miss and let's see. I think it was 2006 to 2010. I didn't even follow a college football at the time, I literally thought Vanderbilt in Alabama were the same skill level. That's how out of the loop I was. Was in fact I don't even think I went to a game my freshman year.
I believe Ed orgeron was in his last year but I could be wrong. Nathan Stanley, Jeremiah Masoli, Snead, The upset over Tim Tebow, all that good stuff, and the bad like South Carolina ruining our sports illustrated season and Houston Nutt saving Dexter McCluster for the 4th quarter.
It's just frustrating. It seems like we can never get over the f****** hump. No matter if it's a new coach, no matter if we have good recruits, no matter if other teams have down years like Alabama and Auburn and LSU, we still end up not doing what we're supposed to like the 4th and 25 at Arkansas.
And after all these years it does get frustrating being called a runt, and poor, and all this type of s***. At the end of the day. I know it's just football but I just want to see this school and team win something for once. I know we won baseball recently but I don't really care about that. If we won football, that would mean something to me. I know that sounds dumb.
I think it's the whole underdog mentality. I didn't mean to lash out at you man. It's just sometimes coming on here just to see people freaking out. Just makes it worse I guess.

We fricking suck, defense didn’t show up, offense looked like a turd sandwich. With extra turd. We are badly coached. No excuses, just bad all around disgusting.

Are you stupid? Our D performed about as well as we could have hoped yesterday. Our offense and offensive coaches lost this game.

I don't know what position Jones should be playing but it certainly shouldn't be RB. He's simply too small for the SEC.

No they didn't. In two previous SEC games Kentucky scored 18 total points and no TDs. Their QBs passed for a TOTAL of 158 yards. Their offense is garbage and our secondary made them look competent.
You can put a bigger share of the blame on the offense but that doesn't mean the defense played well. A good offense would have scored 40+ on us.

It's gonna be real interesting when some of yall take a look at time of possession and 3rd down %.

The offense was putrid. No one is disputing that.
