My S did the exact same thing. Tried all the troubleshooting methods and none worked. I put in a service ticket on the Microsoft website and they emailed me a shipping label. I shipped it and they fixed it. Took about 2 weeks but it came back good as new(there are faster shipping options if you need...

I'm in Caddo(inner city Shreveport) and teaching here is fricking crazy. Can't even get subs to come in because its so crazy. I really don't get to do a lot of teaching. It's mostly just a glorified babysitting job, dealing with discipline issues, keeping them occupied and making sure they don't kill...
