Buc-ee’s is ok but it’s still just a damn gas station. And they are all ridiculously packed, especially in the summer. Getting in and out of one is chaotic.
The best part of the whole thing is the very clean bathrooms. Outside of that, it’s not much to write home about. I don’t get the obsession .

buc-ees is worth a stop in the offseason, but during prime beach time, frick that. i will now and forever avoid it from june-sept.

Does Arkansas have any? I recently drove from Huntsville, AL to Texarkana, TX and was surprised there wasn't one somewhere between Memphis and Texarkana.
