Im against legalizing it because the weirdos from other states will relocate because "dude weed"

I think the southern states will be the last to do it.

Which is a bummer, I was in oxford the other weekend and a friendly gentleman was walking around the square with a petition to put it on the ballot. You know me and my lady friend put down both our signatures.

Legalize it. Medical is ok here but it’s still screwed up since the dispensaries aren’t open yet something like that, I’m dangerous with 100% verifiable stuff.

Make it legal, like alcohol, tax it, and move on. I don't particularly care for it myself but its no worse then booze.

I'm for it. I have no interest in using it myself (I actually hate the smell) but it's already Kentuckys unofficial cash crop. It would raise tax revenue, reduce court cost and policing and apparently some people would actually get a medical benefit..
The state legislature already has the votes to approve such a measure but our faith based governor has promised he would veto any such bill.

Legalize it. Imagine the quality ganja Kentucky could produce as a legal cash crop. Tobacco would fade away altogether.
