when you have epilepsy and tried just about every medicine under the sun and none works but several caused severe depression. One even caused enough side effects that I loaded a gun. Cannabis saved my life so go F yourself. For every so called suicide there are 1000s of lives saved. Every single fricking epilepsy drug carries more side effect risk. Before you start a CBD rant there are 100s of cannabinoids so go f yourself before you start another stupid rant.

I've said NOTHING about medical marijuana. My fear for the generations to come has NOTHING to do with your problem or you being able to get relief through cannabis, so chill out. From the tenor of your post, I hope you've gotten rid of that gun.

i got rid of the ammo which is ignorance by both my former neurologist and i stopped listening to people like yourself. People that believe everything they hear instead of looking at the overwhelming evidence.

your argument is stupid. It is akin to saying we should ban tide pods but make it okay for licensed professional cleaners to prescribe tide pods to wash your clothes. While we are at it do you wash your own clothes? don't drink the soap it looks like blue koolaid that tastes delicious.

Do your research on the addictive side effects of all drugs, including marijuana and get back to me.
Pot isn't a gateway drug. I'll die defending that.
That rationale is dated and shows how misinformed our older generation is on this wacky tobacky.
There's really no difference between "medical" and "rec", besides stricter guidelines in your grow space and retail space. Good rec weed is the same as good medical grade weed. Anyone telling you that is lying/doesn't know how to grow good pot. (Which will take care of itself at the customer base level, by word of mouth).

I'm sorry for your loss but you didn't watch your son die from marijuana unless he choked to death trying to eat a pound of it at once. Probably a good chance he was getting illegal pills from the same guy he got his illegal weed. It isn't a gateway problem. it is a gatekeeper problem. your anger and frustrations should be directed at the black market economy and pharmaceutical companies.
cannabis is not a poisonous substance.
it should be handled with care just like knives, bleach, cleaning solutions, electricity, fire arms, flamable substances, alcohol, and cell phones... lots of people die texting and walking.

Decriminalization means that a city/county/state decriminalizes small possession.
Where I am it is just a citation for less than 10g (other states and jurisdictions differ though). However, it is still criminal above the set amount, and most other laws other laws regarding it stay the same.
Simply a possession decriminalization. They also are removing prior convictions for possession charges as well some other offenses related to it.

The cops really don't seem to worry about it much here.
I even think they decriminalized open container laws here too
Not saying everyone runs around like it's bourbon street, but if you're having a picnic in the park they don't seem to care about people having a bottle of wine etc.

I would be happy with this. In most parts of Alabama, you'll be thrown in the back of a cop car just for a tiny bud.
