No, don't nuke them.

You wouldn't even know if Bin Laden was there and of we got him. And if we didn't get him well that would be embarrassing for our big bad nuke.

Also wasn't Torah borah way overhyped and once we captured it turned out to be some shitty caves with a fairly small amount of people and supplies?

And a nuke would give the enemy even more of a shining beacon for recruiting against America than they already have now wouldn't it.

Not to mention risk alienating some allies with our action.

The Casper Milquetoast approach to the Middle East will be our undoing. None of you have learned from history.

The Japanese Empire took it to us, hitting Pearl Harbor and the Philippines, remember the Bataan Death March?

Curtis Le May made them pay for marching in lockstep, and Harry Truman nuked their asses. Hitler paid for his sins too, the German populace paid the price for goosestepping and Heil this and that in fire.

We were hit right here at home in an attempted decapitation strike. Total war was the correct response, and we are paying today for our restraint.

We didn't nuke Germany and we nuked japan like 4 years after Pearl Harbor.

Two compare WW2 with the war on terror is just wrong, I could list the various way they are not comparable, but there is no point.

Thank god we didn't nuke the Middle East. We have a philosophical difference here, but that is ok

iPhones will win us a battle or two.

Androids will win us the whole damn war.

Along with Nudevista, of course

The bottom line is this. The world is ran off two things lies and money. The U.S. Government had evidence of a possible attack. They did nothing they let it happen. Like I said earlier war is profitable for certain individuals. When bush and Cheney went to war they knocked down an entire city and had it rebuilt by there respected companies.
This shites chess it ain't checkers. If you want to make a difference in the world start aiming your guns and loads of ammo at corporations and politicians not some person with a rag around there head professing there religion in the name of Allah

Hmmm I agree with some of what you are saying. But a lot of this has more to do with fear mongering.

They are mostly involved in constructing pipe lines as far as petroleum. HOWEVER, they have many subsidiaries

Private or publicly listed firms received at least $138 billion of U.S. taxpayer money for government contracts for services that included providing private security, building infrastructure and feeding the troops.

Ten contractors received 52 percent of the funds, according to an analysis by the Financial Times that was published Tuesday.

The No. 1 recipient?

Houston-based energy-focused engineering and construction firm KBR, Inc. (NYSE:KBR), which was spun off from its parent, oilfield services provider Halliburton Co. (NYSE:HAL), in 2007.

The company was given $39.5 billion in Iraq-related contracts over the past decade, with many of the deals given without any bidding from competing firms, such as a $568-million contract renewal in 2010 to provide housing, meals, water and bathroom services to soldiers, a deal that led to a Justice Department lawsuit over alleged kickbacks, as reported by Bloomberg.

It's about money. It's ALWAYS about money.

I don't get why this isn't understood as the underlying theme in every thread involving politics/world events?

It's certainly not a consideration in the media. Gee, I wonder why?

You would not have to nuke the entire Middle East, nor invade anyone. If the backstabbers understand the new rules shut it down or you will pay, if they truly believe you will blow them straight to Allah and their country with them if necessary, the support stops. Money arms political cover all of it.

And who declared you an expert? If you know so much why are you here instead of working for some think tank or being some poobah's advisor? If you are none of the above you know nothing, no more or less than anyone else.

I am expressing an opinion. All the king's horses and men certainly don't have the answers, the record speaks for itself. And if you are in favor of what has been done so far over there then your opinion should be ignored as a failed policy.
