It's not real hot, but I favor the flavor. My internals can't take fire juice anymore.

Crystal and Cholula are the two I always have on hand.

I like the Tobasco Chipotle one every now and then. Regular Tobasco is trash.

Cholula is our house staple. The SO uses it more than I do.

I really like milder kick of the Tabasco Green Jalapeño sauce.

It is hotter than Louisiana sauce.

Sriracha on pizza, hotdogs, hamburgers, and eggs.

Cholula on everything else except cereal and ice cream.

Not big on hot sauces, but when if I'm ever on the mood, I usually use Tabasco sauce on Fritos and Doritos.

Outside of that, all my other snacks get San Luis. Especially Pork Rinds with Pico de Gallo.

From North Carolina.

It's not the worst but it is very overrated. Here where I live if you order chicken wings they are all made with Texas Pete. Feel sorry for the Fins because they don't know what good sauce is all about.

Cholulu and Sriracha and life is complete.

Obviously different cuisines need different hot sauces. But for general use ibn American cuisine:

Louisiana is garbage. I fricking hate it.

I go with the hot sauce that I always buy a few bottle of when I visit the South:

Crystal

They don't sell crystal in Colorado. It's ridiculous. But I have three bottles at the house, which will last me through thanksgiving. One of my favorite BBQ joints in Colorado is called Georgia Boys. They order Crystal on Amazon, because they only want the best.
