Hey everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I got bad news after I had to have a total abdominal hysterectomy. I was told I had endometrial cancer on pathology with spread to my ovary and lymph nodes in the area. I have to start chemo this morning. I know I haven't said much on this board in a long time. Just need some positive thoughts, please. I am so scared of chemo and the side effects. So many emotions right now.

You'll be in my thoughts this morning. I know chemo is rough, but it is temporary. You will make it through, though. Best wishes.

Hey Cutie, my sister went through this and the chemo was a complete success. Sorry you're having to go through it but your chances of success are good, too.

I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I can't even begin to comprehend how you must feel.
I have a friend who is going through a second round of radiation, plus chemo, for laryngeal cancer at UAB. He says it's rough to start but gets better.
Praying for healing and comfort for you.
