Raising Cane's is tgoat for me 
Chikfila or Bojangles comes in second (Bo-Berry Biscuits are delicious)
Zaxby's is overrated.

Popeye's is really hit or miss for me. At it's best its some of the best fried chicken I've ever had... but then usually i get served chicken that looks like it was an accident.
I feel like that one is honestly pretty dependent on the location and employees of the Popeye's.

I have eaten at Canes several times and it is my favorite.

I don't value the opinion of anyone ranking fried chicken that has a damn chicken finger place on their list. Sure, if you're 7 years old, but we're supposed to be adults here. Southern fried chicken has bones and skin.
