Hell no. Its not a vaccine. Its Gene therapy. Not FDA approved. Not guaranteed to keep you from getting COVID again and doctors are saying that it changes your DNA code and thats just one reason why I am not getting it. Too many sheep lining up for this thing. They will have to hold me down while I am kicking and screaming to give me that so called vaccine.
This is the stupidest shite I’ve ever read
Also LOL at calling someone a sheep while spouting the same stupid shite that every other conspiracy nut says

I'm a nurse and hell no I'm not getting a vaccine that has had zero long term studies.

Already got my 5g chip implant. My 2nd one was canceled today because of the weather. I got the Pfizer last month.
I would only take the Pfizer or Moderna.

In case she'd like to know, gene therapy is the altering of DNA in the nucleus of cells. This vaccine is composed of mRNA, which only interacts with ribosomes of a cell. At no point can the mRNA from this vaccine interact or alter your DNA.
If this vaccine were gene therapy, you'd see a massive number of cases all across the globe of extremely adverse and long term reactions, simply because gene therapy is tailored to the patient. A therapy produced to change something in your DNA in all likelihood would not work on your neighbor, or some guy in the county next to you, or some lady in Montana, or that guy in Germany. Our DNA is too complex for current science to produce an "1 gene therapy fits all" concoction.

Last May I was supposed to go to Iceland but (of course) my trip was cancelled and I received vouchers for my flights, etc. Well, I recently found out that Iceland is opening for people who have been vaccinated, so I booked another trip for late May and will receive my second dose of the Moderna in mid April.
If it weren’t for missing out on travel and possibly other things I wouldn’t bother with the vaccine.

I don't trust any vaccines with this current bumbling administration.
How does this administration have anything to do with the vaccine, other than buying more doses and helping to get it out to the public quickly? They've had nothing to do with the development of it.
First dose of Moderna scheduled for tomorrow for me.
And for those that say no, I live in and around many CDC/Emory med employees who are absolutely going to get it. Several are epidemiologists and they have zero concerns about the safety of it.
I'd be interested to know where this info that it's not safe or alters your genes comes from(assuming it's not some bullshite from the internet).

Got my first dose this morning. Pfizer. My arm hurts and I can't lift all the way above my head but no other side effects so far.

quote:I think most of it like the gene altering is BS, but I don’t fault people for being cautious with new technology like mRNA. It’s really the unknown that could (reasonably IMO) cause hesitation.

I have a family member with MS and my dad had GBS. I know that there’s no evidence that those are hereditary conditions, but it seems plausible that I could have something in my DNA in common with them that could trigger some autoimmune response to the vaccine like GBS. There is one documented case of GBS with the Pfizer vaccine.
I still will probably get a vaccine (probably J&J), but I’m making a risk calculation, even if I believe the risk to be very small.

Both shots of moderna. Glad I did. Is science really that hard to believe?

I got the 1st of 2 and the next day I started feeling strange...like I wanted to graze out in the front yard, and find an old car to climb up on. Now I swear that I can feel 2 little hard humps coming up on both sides of my forehead! Man!..I woke up this morning with a full goatee on my chin!...this ain't right!
