Absolutely right. True Marvel fans want the characters to stay true to the original with regards to their characteristics and development. Why not just make him a trangendered lesbian while you are at it?

His relationship with Bucky is supposed to be based on friendship and military camaraderie built in the fires of a World War. Making it romantic, gay or not, undermines a bond that pays tribute to the band of brothers dynamic.

Jesus some of you are something else. It's like a couple thousand people making noise on Twitter. Why are you trying to make it seem like some movement. This shite gets reported on because both sides click on the article and immediately feel the need to let everyone know how they feel about stupid shite like this. This is an awful idea. Captain America was never a gay character. If they want to make a gay super hero, go make a new one, don't make a 75 year old super hero gay all the sudden.
