With kickoff officially one day away - what has to happen for this season to be considered a success?

I think it's 8 wins minimum 8-5 with bowl win or loss is essential for momentum

I would consider 9 wins a successful season though.

This.

Anything less should result in a torch and pitchfork mass march to the AD's office.

7-5, a bowl win, competent QB play, improved play calling.

Baby steps I know.

At this point, a winning record whether it’s one or more games over .500.

The real question is how good of a season do we need to keep the transfer portal at bay? Can we keep both blue chip QBs, will the WR room stay intact, will defensive players leave if the offense sputters?

I think an 8-4 season would be a success. Since that wouldn’t put us in a playoff or New Year’s Day bowl, i couldn’t give a shite if we win any of the other bowls.

I’d take 8-5 with a bowl loss over 8-5 with a bowl win. Bowl games don’t mean shite these days, I’d rather beat teams in the regular season when it matters if I had my choice

Sam Horn is the starting QB and 9-3.

2024 - 11-1 and playoff.

8-4 or better plus a bowl win. These are now Drink's boys. No mo' excuses.

Fire Six-witz with another 6-6. SICK of losing. 7-5 and he's tied with the great Odom who was fired. SMH

8 Wins.

8 wins with potentially 5 T25 teams(a few being T10) is solid.

8 wins for me. I predict 8-4 plus whatever on the bowl. If we don't hit that I will be disappointed. Also need to avoid embarrasments. I mean there are some Juggernauts on the schedule in UGA and LSU but we should be in every other game,
