To keep the recruiting and fan momentum going they need at leat 8 wins.

What does that mean to you? Are you telling those fans are dead wrong?

Gotta be 8 wins in regular season. Drink has his boys. Honestly after watching the first game I’m not happy. The offensive scheme sucks arse and it doesn’t mean anything with Brady or Horn at QB when the scheme doesn’t include down field passing. arse is arse and I don’t want to watch it anymore.

I am guessing by your post that Drinkwitz is doing this to get fired sooner than later?

Quit starting, believing conspiracy theories.

Quit saying our head coach is purposely playing a guy who will give the team less of a chance to win.

Quit thinking they know more than the entire coaching staff.

Quit posting stupid shite like Drink is sabotaging a kid he recruited.

Stop posting/thinking stupid shite.

Learn to watch the game and understand what's going on.

Quit complaining so goddamned much about every fricking thing that happens at Mizzou.

Get the drift?

I will not give a W/L prediction, but to me this season is successful if we can finish anywhere in the top 25. I think this is a realistic and achievable goal for where this program is at.

As for Cook now officially being QB1, let's all just chill and let this thing play out. To be fair to Cook, he might be the "game manager" type we need with the new clock rules.

Horn will get some reps so there is that to have someone to step in if needed in the future.

Looks like most in this early season post thought 8 wins was the ceiling

If you told me going into the season we would be ranked #14 in the CFP Rankings AFTER the Georgia game I would assume that meant we won in Athens...

So far, the season has been a huge success by most metrics.

I agree. Now the season is about beating teams at our level i.e. UT and UF. Then the next step next year is a Bama upset.

The big question is how fast can the defensive recruits plug in on defense next year. I believe we are getting wiped out on defense due to graduation. Drink has recruited well tho, so that's a plus.

Nobody had 10 wins… but nobody was even considering a top 10 finish and NY6 bowl game.

I know I’m a little late on this, but we should all be giving thanks. We are back.

I was hoping for 8. This season was fun, sucks it's over.

Next year, we have an O line, an offence but they will have to re-tool the D
line again. Portal here we come!!!
