I say we open the Mizzou board like the Ole Miss board

This place is dead, let's get some action in here and open this place up to some other folks. It will get us nice and strong.

Who is the admin for this board? I'm OK with that, as long as we can refuse known trolls, and ban any that slip through the cracks with a quickness.

As long as we can vote people off the island if they start trolling/flaming the Mizzou board, I've always been for letting whoever in.

It's the off season in every sport... it should be dead.
There is the rant and the off topic board, not to mention countless other boards on this site.
This should be a safe haven, a place where people don't have to deal with the BS. Seems like you guys want to open it up... but I don't see the point. Maybe just start adding more of your favorite posters.

I don't propose opening the door wide open. For example, someone like Porker has made his feelings clear enough that he's not going to add anything of value on our board. But if someone isn't non-stop trolling/flaming, I would have no problem opening the door to all of them as long as we can kick them out. I would welcome civil discourse from other schools. Hard to get that on the rant but think it could be done on our board.

Yeah, the Ole Miss board just added a few people from each school. It worked pretty well for a while. It's a lot more active now than it was.

Things will get better around here as the football season approaches.
I've never had a problem with having others on the board, just keep the Arkytards out.
