I think he probably ends up at OM as Lane's recruiting coordinator or DL coach, or goes somewhere like ULL after Napier jumps to LSU

Haven’t heard that, but would make sense, would explain why Briles ran the most basic of offenses yesterday.

He's lived in NWA before. He was given his start in college football coaching at Arkansas.

I think it's most likely a load of shite, personally. I don't see a staff acting like this or having any drama with Pitt as the leader, and neither Odom nor Briles are the types either.
Unless it's one of the position coaches, I don't see it. Nor do I see "next jobs" being lined up for either coordinator at this time, just doesn't make sense.

Yeah it’d suck to lose Carter. The staff isn’t made up of a bunch of ace recruiters so we really need him here.

This. From talking to people who have spent time around the coaching staff, Briles and Odom are great guys and very down to earth.
That doesn’t mean they won’t leave but “in-fighting” would be way out of character.
