2007 LSU. If I remember correctly they won a game in Tuscaloosa against an undefeated Tide team

Not sure where you are getting your records from.

Did half of the 1st round opt out in previous seasons?

Projected first round the NFL draft hasn't occurred yet.

Did the “natty champ” get a 3 week bye in November?

Yeah we typically do the first week of November until we meet Auburn.

The last 10 years the those teams have combined for 1 win prior to Auburn week against Bama.

Did chicks start and score in the SEC?

So you're saying that one of LSU wins shouldn't count because Bama did not play Vanderbilt.

Did 50% of college football play a “mini schedule”?
Actually no... 3 of the 5 P5 conferences played aleast 10 games.

Was home field advantage a thing?

Tell me who on Alabama schedule with a full crowd beats us? Damn sure ain't LSU we own that place, Ole Miss is a very long stretch at best.

Has a 6 win team ever made the CFP?

So you're openly admitting Texas A&M should have gotten in?

You don't seem very good at this whole "ask a question, get an answer" thing. You should try a declarative statement next time.

Now THIS is a melt.

Folks who like to declare every other a post a melt should read this and learn.

I might suggest starting your own thread about 2007 LSU. If I remember correctly they won a game in Tuscaloosa against an undefeated Tide team, but I say let bygones be bygones.

You ask a question and get mad at the reality.

Middle school is a good start.

Oh wait, that was a declarative statement rather than a question. My bad.

Every other National Champion had to play against teams at full-strength, in full stadiums, with full rosters, against teams that played full schedules, with a full year to practice.

I would have to agree with your assessment.

we’re at the point of a topic where everyone is saying “cope”, “living rent free”, and “melt” at each other

Yeah, pretty much. ‘07 LSU handles them easily.

11.

The only two we didn't play were Vandy and USCe, arguably the two worst teams in the SEC this year.

We ran the gauntlet, then beat two blue bloods to win the title.

GOAT? IDGAF. They've done something no one else has done before and probably will not do again. LSU claiming "15 is greatest of all time" simply because they did it after the format change is stupid. There will be another 15-0 or 16-0 or 17-0 if the dipshits have their way expanding the playoffs.
