What 10 years was better for your team?
2000s: 5 National Champs (LSU 2003 & 2007; Flordia 2006 & 2008; Alabama 2009)
2010s: 6 National Champs (Auburn 2010; Alabama 2011, 2012, 2015, & 2017; LSU 2019)
SEC probably had some teams that would of made a BCS title or playoff in 2000s that they didn't have the clout back in 2004 with Auburn

You had SC and Mizzou finishing in the Top 10 this past decade but .... couldn't get a BCS Bowl game because of the strength of the SEC.

2010’s for sure
Had two all SEC titles 2011 and 2018)
Played in all but the 2015 title game

The period 2010-2015 may never be topped for sheer entertainment value. Spurrier, Miles, Petrinogate, John L. Smith, Cam, the Kick Six, the Prayer in Jordan-Hare, the 2012 SECCG, UT ceasing to exist, Manziel, the Reverend Freeze, etc. etc. The GOAT era of any college football conference, ever.

The 90s, 00s and the 10s are proof that this conference biggest foe, was itself.
Too many times the top 10 teams in the sec eliminated each other.
Clemson/ACC champ will never have the best team of all time since their conference can’t field 3 top 25 teams.

The 2000s were the apex of college football in general. Those were the glory days...

The 2010s provided so much entertainment and every single school had a shining moment of some sort. Not to mention all of the championships and major bowl games won by a variety of teams from both divisions.

2019 may be the best year since 2006.

The knock to 2010 was Alabama was the SEC versus the 2000s. 2000s was not that much worse than 2010s when you look at top four final rankings.
