Apologies for dipping into the muck in this thread. Dufner is a good dude and a great player.

This rivalry does stupid things to people sometimes.

his thread sucks. Congrats to Justin, he is a good golfer and should win a lot of tourneys. Has a chance to be elite. Was fortunate today and used that to cruise in. Good luck to him in the future.

As to Duffs wife, she was a Bammer slut.

How exactly was he fortunate? That chip in on 13 and shot and putt on 17 were about as clutch as it gets. If you want to think he won only because others faltered you are welcome to, but Justin played a great round and made a ton of clutch shots. It's not like he won shooting a 73.

It was a boring tournament and I don't make a habit out of supporting Bama dudes, but I like JT

Felt like it was either him, a Dawg or a foreigner, so pretty happy with him winning

Do you always take things out of context? Did you read my full comment about him having a chance to be ELITE and is a good golfer with a chance to win a lot of tournaments?

But since you want specifics, you need to look at hole #10 for Birdie.

USA TODAY headline "Justin Thomas had the best reaction after a super lucky birdie at the PGA Championship" USA TODAY - WATCH IT It started off the tee, when Thomas pulled a drive left only to see it bounce off the tree and into the fairway. His ball bounced around a greenside bunker on his approach, and then, as it looked like his birdie putt would get hung up on the lip, it dropped into the hole about 12 seconds later after it came to rest.

Want more? Thomas’ putt on the par-4 10th hole rolled up to the left side of the cup, hanging over the edge. Thomas briefly pointed for the ball to go in, then started walking away. After 12 seconds, the ball dropped in the cup for a birdie that lifted him into a tie for second place at the PGA Championship. He has since moved to the top of the leaderboard at 8 under with a 2-stroke lead NEW YORK POST - GOLF GODS INTERVENE

ETA: He just beat the the 10 second rule, because it also included the time to walk to the ball. Would have cost him one stroke, but that put him in great position and let him know it was his day.

JT has as many tour wins this season as Dumpy has in his entire career.

again, it is probably better for his career to be near the best Courses and coaches.

The ladies will always be around no matter the city.

I did read that but then you had to throw in the jab with your next line. Why throw in the jab? He played great in rounds 2-4 and won the tournament. Very few golfers win a tournament without getting a break or two. It's what you do with those breaks. I don't need your rundown of what happened with the tree and the putt. I watched them both. That was one hole out of 18.

"I hear a lot of Bama girls behave in that manor"

They do. Meanwhile, the Auburn girls are getting plowed in the trailer.
