That being said, I would vote for Pickett. He's single-handedly brought Pittsburgh to a 10-win season. Pittsburgh.
Pitt has a chance to win 11 games for the first time since 1981.
So you think Alabama, with that offense line, would have won 11 games with Paul Tyson at QB? I know LSU fans are not known to have any objectivity when it comes to Bama sports but...come on dude..LOL.

Honestly, I think if we lose to Georgia and Young is ok but not spectacular, he won't win. If we beat Georgia, either Young or Anderson is going to win it depending on who has the biggest game.
If we lose and Pickett has a huge game against Wake (which he will because Wake's pass defense is a disaster), I could easily see him winning. Wake has given up 407 to UVA, 408 to NC State and 309 to Louisville. Pickett will throw 40 times for 425 yards and 4 or 5 TDs in that game, even if they lose.

Like Alvin Mack said: It ain't often you get a chance to kick the shite out of a Heisman trophy candidate

It's not like he doesn't deserve it. Not his fault the competition isn't that great for it this year.
I don’t see why he wouldn’t win it most years.
His stats are insane and his scrambling ability is way underrated. There have been many plays where Young has escaped pressure to complete a pinpointed pass downfield.

Have you seen Pickett's stats? And yes, team performance has always played a big part in who wins the Heisman.
Kenny Pickett: 4066 yards; 40 TDs; 7 INTs; QBR; 81.7
National Rank 5th 2nd 58th 8th
Bryce Young: 3901 yards; 40 Tds; 4 INT; QBR; 86.7
National Rank 6th 2nd 11th 4th

The hype far exceeds Young's abilities. He really was not very good the other day. That is not a knock on him, but he is not Heisman material yet.

You think Pickett has a stronger supporting cast at Pitt than Young has at Bama. Really?

Please. In any other season other than 2019, yall would give your left nut for 40 tds, 4 ints, 3900 yards, and a 69% completion percentage through 12 games
Doing all that behind a bad OL too. He's the main reason Bama has gotten this far.

He was 25/52 with an interception against a secondary that was torched against MSU. I still think the OSU player is the odds on favorite.

Depending on the group? Yeah. I think Pickett's offensive line is better than Young's.

Dude was under extreme duress during Auburn and he looked as cool as ice the whole game. The poise he exhibits is fricking unreal.

I think that when you combine Pitt's supporting cast + their schedule and compare it to Alabama's supporting cast + their schedule that it nets out to being pretty damn negligible. Jordan Addison is going to be a 1st round pick at WR in 2 years. Their offensive line has been highly rated and graded all year in pass protection and starts 4 seniors and 1 junior.
Like I said, if Pickett has a big game against Wake and they win and Alabama loses, I'm guessing Pickett wins (and I'd be totally cool with that, it would be pretty neat).

I'm amazed that is your takeaway. He was under constant pressure and had little time to do anything. Most other QBs would have probably folded. He was rattled but came back to make the plays when they counted. Only an LSU fan (or Iron Puppet) would come up with this hot take.

Maybe if Auburn got up for other games like they get up for Alabama they'd win more games and wouldn't be getting torched?

You know Bryce Young is the real deal when he's already getting the Tua, Jalen, and Mac treatment.

Guess what? He isn't. Young is at virtually every place you can look and find a list. There's only one poster on this entire site more consistently wrong and retarded than you and that's Dukke V.

We played a totally different scheme vs Bryant than Rogers.
We played more man and extreme pressure/blitzes. If we played the same D we did vs MSU, Bryant would have throttled us.
Also, unfortunately Bryant won and Stroud did not. That 97 yard drive in just over a minute will have more impact than anything Stroud did Saturday.
