He should be on the phone trying to get Coach O. The guy can’t talk, but recruits like a beast.

Start the Harsin Coach Rehabilitation center. I like the idea.

I think it’s clear Harsin is serious about winning. I also don’t see a position that I’d place him on this staff that is recruit-facing. We don’t have a need for another position coach on D.

And also, his reputation has taken a serious hit. How can he sell himself to recruits families now?

He’s likely going to need to take some time away.

I'd much rather go after Clay Helton than O for some sort of coaching rehab thing.

Even in the limited time we've experienced Harsin, who in their right mind would think he and Ed O would get along on a regular basis?

I can't think of two guys with more polar opposite personalities that Bryan Harsin and Ed Orgeron.

I think it could get a little toxic between those two. I don't see O being able to step in and take direction from anyone else at this point with his ego. Especially someone like Harsin who isn't really established in the SEC. These longtime SEC guys are a tight-knit brotherhood and right now, Harsin is still considered an "outsider". It's why I was so skeptical of the Bobo hire and the scuttlebutt about Harsin being a micromanager.

Uh...his termination/departure from LSU prohibits him from coaching in the SEC for I believe 18 months.

It sounds to me as if Coach O has some off field issues. Not what Auburn needs now.

Or ever.
