So Mississippi is where all the cheap housing is currently?

And Texas is supposed to be picking UP the pace from this. They might add an extra 6 million at the rate they are coming in from other states…not counting the boarder.

There's a home renovation show based in some small Mississippi town that I've watched a few times and its incredible what they can do with $200k. The houses are damn near free.
That being said, there's no way in hell I'd ever move to Laurel, Mississippi.

34. Arkansas (+95,606)
NWA (Benton and Washington counties) added that many people at least by itself. But the Delta and most rural counties shrank.
ETA: The NWA metro grew by 106,000 people. Arkansas outside of NWA lost 11k people.

All those liberals fleeing to better states bringing their shitty ways with them.

West Virginia lost 59,278 people - 3.2% of their population.
Sad as hell.
Sad as hell.

I'm glad my state's hellish enough to ward them off.

Maybe but I’ll tell you a lot of the interior of Mississippi tends to be medium to large holdings for homesteads or ag business…so there might not be a lot on the market.
Mississippi’s cities all kinda suck in my experience. Not much to them even compared to Alabama’s cities. Feel like you go to Mississippi when you don’t like humanity and want to live in the middle of nowhere.
My family is from the state, so I say that all in good fun.

It's something I don't understand. You run from a place because you don't like what it has become, then proceed to vote for the same policies that will turn it into the place you fled.

The SEC well position on the demographics aspect of football recruiting. Georgia is also a growing state with reliable industry.

Way too many people coming to my great state. Especially from California. They ruined their state then come here and vote the same way. It's like they learned nothing.
