I don't pay attention to spring football. I just always end up being mad at the offense or the defense.
It's a no win situation. I do enjoy hearing about how individual players are doing though.

Normally I’d hang on every word of spring ball but with basketball and baseball both being top 10 it’s kind of sucked the wind out of it for me as there is only so much I can follow at one time.

Yep. This time of year we were usually arguing about whether Mike should be fired or not or lamenting our early exit from the tourney.
I think we take a big step forward next year in football. Returning 18 of 22 and Pittman actually getting a full spring bodes well.

I think the last spring game the team actually looked good was the 2012 motorcycle year when Tyler Wilson lit up everyone.
Also hard to get too excited about a team that, speaking totally objectively, will be lucky to win 5 games next year... Especially when all your other big sports are basically top 8 and your spring is dominated by them.

That depends on the Texas game. But we are looking at 5-7/6-6 at best unless our QB situation is better than what we are seeing right now. Losing Franks is a big deal to this offense.

Losing Franks is a big deal, but KJ seemed to do fine against Missouri. I don’t think it will be quite as terrible as many are thinking.

As long as the KJ is decent, which he's shown, we'll be fine. We've been traumatized at QB for so long that it's normal to expect a shitshow.
