Interesting.
These should really be posted as a percentage of the number of games against P5 teams.

Well this really isn’t debatable. LSU 2019 is the best of all time. Anyone saying otherwise is just trolling.

Troll post is obvious troll post but to state the facts:
2019 Bama was better than 2020.
2019 Bama lost to 2019 LSU in Tuscaloosa in a game where LSU was up 33-13 at the half, and where 21 of Bama's points came on a punt return, a trick play (Stingley looking at coaches for play call), and Stingley fell down in coverage on the last TD to Devonta at the end of the game.
2019 LSU beat 4 of the final top 10 teams by an average of over 23 points, two of which were #1 and #2 in defense.
2019 LSU would have beat 2020 Bama's arse. 2020 Bama's defense was roughly the same statiscally as the 2019 Bama defense despite playing against covid/opt out depleted teams all year. Burrow puts up 60+ on 2020 Bama.
I will say this though: 2020 Bama = Greatest recruiting job of all time getting all those players to come back and not opt out + sneakily avoiding proper covid testing of players.

When you play more ranked teams, top 10 teams and teams with winning records than those other teams, the likelihood of having close games increases. This would be especially true in a year that the SEC set a record for most drafted players.

Nebraska 1971 was pretty damn dominant.

I’m genuinely puzzled at anyone’s insistence that 2020 Alabama have any consideration as an all time great. They didn’t play a full season.
The Dodgers winning percentage prorates to 116 wins and they sped through the playoffs
No one is comparing them to the 27 Yankees because they didn’t play a full season. The comparison would clearly be absurd.
I have to laugh when a large percentage of a fan base finds their only identity with “their team” and hence insist on some sort of continuing recognition.

Period. End of story.
For other programs that want to cry and whine and make excuses - LSU lost at least 2 defensive starters and 2 quality contributors for the year to injuries in 2019;
and one of their starting receivers missed half the year
to an injury in 2019. We also had a starting RB and offensive linemen and TE lose significant time due to injuries.
Every team has injuries. But 2019 LSU overcame those and STILL scored 700 points, threw for 60 TDs and trailed in the 4th quarter ONCE all year - against a schedule that included the preseason # 1,2,3 and 4 teams, 7 Top Ten teams, and Top 4 Georgia, Oklahoma and Clemson in consecutive weeks.

Neb 95 and it wasn't close. The backups for Nebraska 95 is probably 2nd. The way they stacked talent was why we have many of our rules today.

Who is the GOAT?
and it doesn't matter.
That said, '95 was the most dominant championship team over the course of its schedule I have ever seen.
