You guys clearly don’t understand how Snapchat works. Someone probably got control of his phone and added captions to pictures and videos already in his camera roll, and then posted it to his public story.
So it probably is him in the pictures and videos, and he probably does smoke a ton of pot, but he probably isn’t the one posting it.
