Stop melting. Everyone thinks that these coordinators are going to bring a Saban magic wand with them and it never happens. At some point you’d think they’d figure out its the system, but they haven’t yet.

The one time we get someone from Alabama and ITS BILL FRICKIN CURRY. We learned our lesson. You are safe with us.

dEy tOoKeD oUr CoAcH!

Blueblood programs like LSU deal with this every year.

Just wait.

Someone will try to scoop up legendary OC Steve Zemzinger and defensive mastermind Bo Bellini. Damn it!

I don't think Sark is going to be some kryptonite to Saban but it would be nice to have a playoff run without coordinator turnover.

That's the price of success. We keep turning them over because we suck.

And I do think Sark is a very good coach and wish he’d be back, but it makes sense for him to bail this year. Lots of offensive talent heading out the door. We will be talented still but it will be a harder year on that side of the ball.

There are lots of talented offensive guys out there that would love the chance to coach Alabama’s talent.

These guys have to make their move when it's hot. Like you said, there is a lot of talent leaving (not like you won't replace it), but it's still relatively unknown.

Nobody gives a frick about Ensminger, Bill.

He is old as frick and has been coaching for like 55 years.

Whereas Sark has only been coaching about 17

It sucks but it's a 1st world problem that I'll gladly accept over having Dave Radar as OC for 5 straight years because nobody wants him.

We will gladly trade for some of your championships, if you'd like to keep your coordinators.

Agreed. However they should FINISH
what they started. He's already
Bailed on Bama once.

Well I suppose the trade off is not making the playoffs like last year and then your coordinators stay around. Some facts:

1. Alabama is THE STANDARD in college football. Lots of places think guys from the program have a magic bullet they can bring with them.

2. Success means coaches get poached.

3. Saban works his assistants hard. There’s nothing wrong with that. Guys deal with it because they want to be able to move up. But it’s a high standard they are held to and guys in many instances want yo put in their time and move on.
