Mond is a rare talent.

We see it 2 or 3 times a season... that's how rare it is.

I have to hand it to Mond and A&M, they really played well this past weekend. Even though Florida's D is bad, they made some great plays throughout the game. My challenge and question moving forward is can Mond and A&M build on this performance.

N. Harris is a stud, can't believe Saban got him to come back. He's fun to watch.

For losing by two touchdowns at home? He did beat the spread so there is that.

Gotta tip my hat to Mond, he played great. I realize the Gator D may be down, but completing 80% of your throws when being blitzed is doin' work.

That is the $64 question. Throughout his career, his biggest problem has been indecisiveness-taking an extra beat (or two) to make a throw. Saw almost none of that on Saturday. If he can keep that up, we'll have a really good finish, but the margin for error in the SEC (with our defense having issues) is so small that any regression by Mond could prove costly.

The best way to tell if Mond is ready to take the next step forward is if he does it again this week.

Well, clearly I guess it is against whom you play.

Bazelak Stats on Saturday
29-34 for a 85.3% completion percentage
406 Passing yards
4 TDs
LONG 69
RTG 224.4

Mond Stats on Saturday
25-35 for a 71.4% completion percentage
338 Passing yards
3 TD
Long 51
RTG 180.8.4

I'm not saying Bazelak is the better QB; but he outpaced Mond in EVERY category Saturday except rushing where Mond had a mere 5 more yards.

LSU may be down, but c'mon it's not like they are some weak non-con opponent.

I think we’ve all seen this with Mond before to know he may have another couple games like this during the year but he’s also going to have his mediocre and just plain bad performances. You just have to hope the high end ones don’t come against your team. I hope I’m wrong though

Let's see if Mond can put another stellar performance together. If there is one thing to say about his career it's that he's inconsistent

Glad to see Najee getting some love. Kid has worked hard to be a premier back.

Harris, Terrance Marshall, Kenny Yeboah and Monty Rice were stars of the weekend in the CFBS recap. That's 4 of 5 players chosen from the SEC... just saying.

For losing a game by two scores? Lane wouldn't want that shite, he was confused when OM fans gave a standing ovation for LOSING for crying out loud.

And for pussing out. He clearly knew his defense wouldn't stop Bama when he went for an onside kick. Then he kicks a fg. Talk about a game where fg's weren't going to cut it.
