No, I think he's talking about the science that the virus blew through their progressive utopias because their leadership was incompetent and once the virus killed everybody their case and death count dropped while the spread was just beginning in the South. Their science is narrative.

Why in tf are they discussing this at all? I understand about the sec and the football side of it but wtf does Trump have to do with it? Has Donald Trump done one thing to advance CFB being played this year other than saying I hope they play? And what about the Big 12 or ACC?
