Been Plant baw pretty much my whole life (shift work included) and I tried my best to be there when my kids were younger. Coached a few baseball teams and tried to make as many baseball and soccer games as I could. There were days when I got very little sleep but I would not have changed a thing. Now that I am older I enjoy all the time off and of course the money. My kids are all grown and tell some great stories of my coaching days that I don't even remember(probably sleep walking:lol:) I missed holidays and sporting events but did the best I could but still was there as a dad. Never forget family and remember what is important and you will be fine. OT is not everything too.

Something Fresh with a chance to be great but not break the bank. I mean Coach O and now the Kelly buyouts have not done this program any favors. I like keeping Baker and the Defensive stafff if possible and maybe Frank Wilson but shite can everyone on the offense and bring in a younger guy with some fire.
