LSU Didn't Investigate Rape Allegations Against Derrius Guice, USA Today Reports

Interesting

Neither woman filed a complaint with the police. They told friends and family about the alleged assaults. LSU was informed about the incidents, but the school never launched an official investigation, USA Today reported Wednesday.

Girl 1 was reached out to by lsu and didnt want to report anything

Girl 2 never actually reported anything to lsu

I am not sure where "lsu swept it under the rug" came from

The only thing on lsus part potentially is the title ix report that came after girl 2 was kicked off the team from drugs based on a report from the girls rehab counselor

So, once again, this is more about Guice being a piece of shite, but lets try and get a pound of flesh from Coach O and lsu football

If you get yourself too drunk to know if you got raped or not, what makes you so sure that you got raped? I have done some really out of character things when I am drunk, but these women leave absolutely no chance for that or any possibility of them consenting.

I too have woken up and wished I had not had sex, but I didn't blame it on the fatty in bed next to me.

Well, this is also, how would you say it mike? Interesting

quote:

The other woman said LSU emailed her after a friend reported the alleged assault, letting the woman know support services were available and asking if she wanted to file a formal complaint. She said she did not file one.

I agree, but from what’s actually been reported there’s very little proof or even allegations LSU swept anything under the rug

You're right, "swept under the rug" may be too strong of language, "look the other way" may be a more accurate turn of phrase. My apologies. Either way, not the way you want to see the institution you support handling a situation of this nature.

For the life of me, I don't get trolling and getting excited about rivals having situations like this.

Did she say she woke up to this?

I think That was the first girl.

The first girl allegedly woke up and could tell there had been sexual contact but couldn't remember anything.

The second one allegedly woke up during it.

Conclusions I have drawn from the article:

1. Derrius Guice is a piece of shite.

2. IF any admins or coaches at LSU had anything to do with convincing either victim to stay quiet, they need to be fired. I have not seen anything at this point that alleges anyone on the football staff did so, but it would not surprise me.

3. LSU and Coach O specifically have a history of removing known POS players from the team. It doesn’t seem likely that they would expose themselves to this kind of liability over a freshman RB who was behind Fournette and came in with another 4* recruit Nick Brossette.

4. Derrius Guice is a piece of shite.

I would want my university to reach out to the accuser and get a report of what happened from her point of view

Which they did, and she refused. So, did you want them to hold her against her will? Serious question on what you wanted lsu to do when the girl said she didnt want to talk to them

What else would you call it when authority figures with the power to do something know about a situation like this and choose to ignore it?

How is reaching out to the accuser to get her story "ignoring it"?
