Told ya they weren't color-changing.

They turned the lights off and turned the ribbon boards red.
Arkansas has been doing that for a couple years.

It was pretty cool in person. Everyone is down voting only because UGA was the first in the SEC to use them on National TV. I would say that within three years every SEC team will have them installed. Hell, they are Led, they will last forever.
