This is a list of individual TEAMS, not programs. The list includes teams going waaay back---almost half of current SEC schools have teams on this list...Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, and one more school that will be nameless (you'll have to click and find out!)...

Yeah. It’s crazy how good that team was despite the poor QB play.

Please do board favor and grab the relevant teams and add to OP... no one should have to deal with click-through articles to see all content.

I do too; but, the analysis of each team was well written and interesting...a good read.

Yeah, I know what you mean, but then I'll be accused of being this'n'that, plus I wanted to add some suspense.

That 2005 USC team is the one I view as the All-Time Best to Not Win.

I can't believe 2006 LSU isn't on that list. I still think that is the most talented team that Les ever had. The analysts were making fun of Notre Dame prior to the Sugar Bowl saying they would have to borrow some guys from the Indianapolis Colts if they planned on stopping us.

No 2001 Florida?

That team was better than quite a few on this list.

I love that this came from Sarge

This shows that he's taking the pre-season seriously and getting ready for a banner season

USC had to forfeit the 2005 season. Vince knee doesn't matter at this point.

2007 UGA would seem to be a better team than 2010 Oregon from my limited recollection. Initially I thought it was just to ensure inclusion on the list for Oregon, but the 2001 team not only is on the list, but is also somewhat underrated...

Just looking at the list, 1999 Va Tech stands out as a poor inclusion... They throttled some good teams but had a 2 point win against 4-7 West Virginia and got throttled in the championship game.

hell 2017 uga should be higher IMO, I'm actually a bit shocked they have 02 miami at #1. I think that team may be looked as a bit higher than they shoudl be simply becuse of how elite the 01 team was and 02 continuing to win.

They didn't play a single team in the regular season that finished wiht less than 4 losses. Let that sink in. The highest ranked regular season team they played finished 18, VT at 9-4. They did mostly whoop up on people, with a few close exceptions, but it was over a bunch of nobodies. I'm not sayign they weren't a good team or anything crazy like that, but there are probably a TON of more deserving teams for that top spot than them.

I started to include the same, but figured that plus my other remark would look too much of a homer take.

I can understand dropping us to some degree for the big loss @ Auburn, but if that game had been a close affair, it would seem we'd have a good case for a top 10 or better place on the list given the only other loss is to Alabama in OT.
