Nice cherry pick
Both are good but have no hardware despite being oh so close 2 times each.
We can cherry pick all the data we like but both are even until a trophy appears, the goal is winning in Omaha not showing up.

Sorry Mr. Jones but until OM makes it to Omaha a few times

You are right. LSU, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Florida, THE AGGIES, USC, and even Georgia are light years better programs than Ole Miss. Great talent gone to waste. One trip to Omaha in 47 years. Piss poor fan support (just look at twitter right now). I really do feel sorry for Ole Miss baseball fans. They deserve more than what they have been dealt.

He says Vandy, LSU, Aggies, Florida, and Arkansas are better overall programs than the Mississippi's. That won't make the internet fanboys from either school happy.
I assume this concerning recent Twitter posts by Kendall? A lot of context missing in your post, as Kendall's comments (that I read) seemed to be concerning how attractive various coaching jobs were (specifically, how difficult it would be for Ole Miss to upgrade from Bianco if they were to fire him).

A&M has Childress - doesn't compute

meh, you guys were catching up quickly but seem to have had a flat tire or something because we have been pulling away again recently.
The disparity is nothing like it was before Bianco showed up but it has not disappeared and is still rather large.
Over the last 4 years OM has faced 4 different coaches at MSU and gotten gang fricked by each and every one of them, that is not a good example of two teams that are even remotely close.

Or as I like to put it, you've been to the CWS one time since color television wasn't considered "newfangled."

Actually, he is a graduate of A&M. And as ever, A&M has solid pitching, and inconsistent fielding and hitting. Regional Rob's methodology

Let's put last decade and before aside, I think Florida is closer to Vandy, this down year aside. LSU has slipped a notch.

Agreed that Florida and Vandy have been the class of the SEC in recent history. LSU is always dangerous, though.

We've been runner-up twice. The first was in 1979.

Uh so have we, not sure being the best loser twice is the greatest bragging point though.
I place MSU and Arky about even although the numbers dont really bear it out, wanna guess which way they lean in totality?
Lets not get lost in the weeds looking for nuggets to salve our ego, they are both very good programs that need some hardware to take the next step.

If this is the case then I'd rank them:
Florida/LSU
and then everyone else.
I'm not sure that just anyone could do what Corbin has done at Vandy. He's made them a premier program, imo.
I think MSU is the only other program that has proven to be bigger than just the current coach. How do we know what Arkansas will be without DVH, or Ole Miss without Bianco?

2 SWC Championships
1 SEC Championship
15 NCAA Tournament Appearances
4 CWS Appearances
